This work is performed on an assignment basis. The business is driven
by the needs of the client companies.
Breen has conducted many searches over the past twenty years. Breen
is a unique organization in this regard, having performed many middle
management and technical searches. Many organizations think search
techniques exclusively apply to upper management positions. Breen
Group does conduct searches at the CIO, VP and Senior Management levels
but the process also fits those difficult to fill assignments.

Contract programming, systems and IT technical disciplines are an
important feature of our business. We maintain a database of contract
IT professionals that is available to you whenever short term interim
needs arise. These consultants are available on an hourly basis and
are usually contracted out for a specific period of time.

The Breen Group's normal fee schedule is calculated using a standard
percentage of the candidate’s first year’s salary.

All searches are conducted under a search agreement, which is initiated
with the payment of a retainer equal to one third of the estimated
total fee for the assignment.

The rates for consulting are on an hourly basis and vary depending
upon the assignment. Time sheets and billing are done on a weekly
basis.
